If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund any unused, unassembled items returned in their original condition and packaging.

You must contact us within 14 days after receipt of goods to notify us of a return.

Orders that have been made to measure, made to order, cut to size, clear lacquered, mixed, made, modified to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Special Order products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
