Antique Brass Grille Inner Circular with Fine Mesh Backing - Made to Order

This grille is made to your requested size. The brass mesh is attached to the rear of the grille with solder.

Ideal for use in radiator covers, cabinet and door panel inserts, custom ventilation and general interior decorative screening uses.

Antiquing brass is a specialist process and it is this process that increases timescales which we will do our very best to keep to a minimum.

Notes:

• Finish Description: Antique brass is a dark brown finish with flecks of natural brass showing through. The backing mesh is dark brown.
• Pattern Description: 25mm diameter open circle, 31mm between centres
• Maximum Size Available: 1830mm x 910mm
• Overall Grille Thickness: Approx. 0.7mm foreground grille + approx. 0.4mm backing mesh = approx. 1.1mm

Additional Information: (Applicable to all cut / made to size perforated brass based grilles.)

• Sizing: Your grille will be manufactured to the size requested with a tolerance of +/- 2mm. We do not add any additional amount to fix through at the edges to secure behind your opening. You will need to include this in your required dimensions. (We would recommend approx. 10 to 15mm all around, in a typical application.
• Installation: To install, simply use a small screw and washer through the pattern at the rear edge, at approx. 40mm intervals. There is no need to rebate the grille behind the opening unless the rear will be visible and you wish to provide a neater finish. You may however, fit how you wish. No fixings, beading or framing is supplied.
  Edges: Grilles are all pattern to the edge. (We cannot state which part of the pattern will become the edge.) Grille edges are left as "raw" cut edges and are not intended for display.
• Symmetry / Alignment: Grilles are made symmetrically about the horizontal and vertical centre lines. Same design grilles will therefore pattern match when fitted adjacent to each other along the same centre line (when manufactured on the same order).
• Finishes Note (if applicable): Some finishes are applied by hand and therefore some variation in shade may occur from our images and orders placed at different times.
